Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors was created July 1, 1997, by the merger of three of the Triad's oldest and most respected real estate firms: Coldwell Banker Lambe-Young of Winston-Salem, Hubbard Realty Sales Division, also of Winston-Salem, and Coldwell Banker Joyner, Price & Britt of High Point and Greensboro. This merger created the largest real estate corporation serving the Triad!

Today, Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors maintains 7 sales offices, a New Homes division, plus a corporate office in Winston-Salem. CBTR offices are located in Greensbor, High Point, Kernersville, Lexington, Winston-Salem, Advance, and Burlington, with a total of 376 Sales Associates and Staff.
